ING is looking for a OnePAM Data Migration Specialist

For the Tribe Global Customer Data Management (GCDM) we are looking for a data migration specialist. The Tribe GCDM is part of Global Data Management. The purpose of the tribe is to Empower the ING Digital Platform by providing a single source of truth on the customer and deliver standardized customer lifecycle management processes and capabilities

An important goal is to maximize the cooperation with the country domestic banks, have functional steering on the implementation of the standardised services for optimal customer orientation and build and reinforce their capabilities for ING.

The Tribe intensively works together with the TouchPoint Platform (TPA) that builds ING’s new global architecture The solution for customer data management (OnePAM) is one of the key assets within Touchpoint Platform and the driver for the tribe.

OnePAM brings the bank a state of the art Single Global Master Data Management solution accessible via APIs. It provides a uniform standardized Single Source of Truth for identifying, retrieving and maintaining parties, products, agreements and permissions data for ING. IBM Infosphere MDM combined with shared APIs form the core of OnePAM. OnePAM is being used by a growing number of European countries. Currently we are extending the use of OnePAM by adding business customers so that they can use the platform for PSD2 and KYC.

The Data Ingestion and Consumption Squads have the responsibility to migrate business unit and countries data to the global solution. First in slave mode, later on as the single global source of ING master data. Currently we are migrating the data for PSD2 and KYC.

You will be the sparring partner for multiple data migration colleagues abroad. Each data migration specialist builds a relation with a number of ING countries. You will support them to start using the solution and translate their needs and our possibilities to workable local use. It’s not only about one time data ingestion but also about building the functional capability in the country to structurally manage customer data as part of a global process. A highly entrepreneurial operational role with a business consultancy approach.

• Position in the Tribe Customer Data  Management
• Part of one of the Data Ingestion and Consumption squads
• Responsible for onboarding consumers (i.e. countries) to the global solution and building a functional relationship with the countries for sustainable customer data management
• Liaise with stakeholders (KYC, business, PSD2, other OnePAM squads, Legal and Compliance)
• Actively support and monitor implementation projects: you are the “glue” that ensures that consumers seamlessly connect
• Identify and document both GCDM and consumer needs in order to successfully connect them

What we expect from you

• Master's degree or equivalent
• Proven implementation experience (3+ years)
• Proven communication, analytical and influencing skills with the ability to work at all levels with different cultures (strong stakeholder management)
• Understanding of Business data models and Data exchange models
• Knowledge of and functional expertise in banking and financial services
• Knowledge of Party, Products, Agreements, Mandates, and Permissions
• Excellent interviewing and writing skills
• Enthusiastic personality who brings fun and connection and lives and breathes Agile way of working
• Team player with a knowledge sharing mentality
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Willing to travel
