You guard the IT Security of NN applications. By challenging our SaaS (Software as a Service) vendors and documenting every agreement, you make sure that all vendors meet our IT Security Policies & Standards and if not, that all discrepancies are carefully documented in the contract.

Even though every contract with every vendor is different, you provide input for agreements with our SaaS vendors. This way, you make sure that they are in line with the IT Security Policy of NN Group. You keep in touch with the vendors to manage and maintain those relationships. Meanwhile, you determine and explain to them what the impact of our policy will be on their SaaS application. You also manage the contract and invoicing of the SaaS solution. You document everything, so this data is available to our vendors and internal stakeholders. Our internal stakeholders, such as Risk, HR and Compliance, are also the end-users of the SaaS applications. In summary, you are the Single Point of Contact for internal security controls, all functional/technical incidents and upgrades.

You will work with us to:

• Make sure the vendor application is in line with the NN security requirements
• Maintain relationships with our SaaS-vendors by contacting them on a regular base, discussing solutions and sharing your documentations
• Validate Saas IT security compliance on a yearly bases or after major changes
• Provide first/second line support for end users
• New SaaS onboarding to NN landscape

You are eager to become an expert at NN Security Policies & Standards. Whether you have some working experience or not: you are keen to learn. Because of your analytical skills, you don’t ever miss a detail. Your way of working is structured, and your planning skills are of use since you’re working with many deadlines. An ISACA certification like CISM, CISA or CISSP is preferred. And last but not least, you are great at English, written and spoken and preferably you also have knowledge of the Dutch language.
